Lori Asburry is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience building customer-focused global teams and driving business transformation. As Director of Client Services at Smartsheet, she leads Services Sales for the Professional Services team, combining technology, human-centered service delivery, and AI to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and meaningful human connections.
Jon is the VP of Product at Flatfile, where he leads design, product, and engineering building intelligent systems for transforming enterprise data workflows. A multi-time founder, he has also held leadership roles at Netflix, Mailchimp and Udacity, with a career spanning product, design, and marketing.
Shanna Birky, VP of Nonprofit Customer Experience at GoFundMe, has spent 15 years advancing nonprofit success through customer success, product, and research. She now leads efforts to equip nonprofit partners with the tools, insights, and support needed to maximize their impact within the GoFundMe ecosystem, contributing to GoFundMe’s facilitation of over $30 billion in giving.
Lori Williams is the CEO of Caylent, a leading AWS partner specializing in AI services, with deep expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies. Previously, she held executive roles at Appirio, Gigster, and Traction on Demand, leading to its acquisition by Salesforce, after starting her career at Lotus and IBM.
Silas Garrison is a self-taught software engineer and entrepreneur with a focus on govtech. After selling his first startup in 2015, he sold HS GovTech to Banneker Partners in 2023 and continues to lead the company as CEO, serving nearly 1,000 local regulatory agencies across the U.S. and Canada.
Becca Weiss is the VP of Customer Success at Flatfile, where she leads initiatives to enhance customer experiences with radical support. Before joining Flatfile, she held leadership roles at Twilio and SendGrid, focusing on customer onboarding and managed services.

This event is designed for business leaders who are at the forefront of AI adoption and innovation. The conversations we’ll be having will not be surface level or the same ones you’ve heard a hundred times. We’ll be looking at AI through the lens of its impact on the workforce, developing frameworks for responsible and effective usage and discussing how to empower teams to work within this new dynamic. Axis 25 kicks off on the evening of Sunday, April 13th, with a welcome celebration and dinner. Monday and Tuesday will be full event days, including engaging content sessions, roundtables, activities and more. The event concludes with a farewell dinner on Tuesday, April 15th, and departures on Wednesday, April 16th.
